Artist's Statement
Drawing is a way of recalling archetypal memories, which then become the catalyst for new forms.
Referencing ancient and modern mythologies from all over the world, exploring memory, social changes in human history, examining scientific and philosophical questions about multi- dimensionality, teleportation and race.
The materials employed are excrements in industry: coal, glass, tar, mirrors and gold dust... With these tools to explore waste, destruction, and existential issues of life and death.
